Leading a Service at a Local Care Home

By | Local Care Home, Monthly updates, October 2018 | No Comments

The Communion Service at our Local Care Home was well received by 16 residents this month. We were in good voice for the hymns and Father John, one of the residents gave the address. It was a joy to chat with the residents after the service and they are looking forward to our Remembrance Day Service with them.

By | Gardening, Gravel Drain Replacement, October 2018 | No Comments

This month our tasks were to weed the new trench being dug for the gravel drain and to clear space for a second bin.  Thanks to a a terrific team we completed the planned works – the trench was weeded and the shrubbery removed.  The sun shone too!

Always Open for Coffee on GO 4th Sundays – All Saints Church MK10 9AF

The Coffee Drop-in was very quiet this month. A few church members took the opportunity to get to know each other better. We had some visitors who had walked past the church often recently who came in and enjoyed a good look round the building after their coffee.
