We had a wonderful Go4th in January with 90+ people involved! The cubs, scouts and beavers joined us to litter pick and we welcomed many to our craft project ‘Get Creative’ in church. We also sent a great team to the local Care Home for Service and Holy Communion.
Go4th Sunday Milton Keynes – Holy Communion in a Local Care Home
Keith and Chris was very pleased with the turn out for this event. Many people met at All Saints Church first and then travelled to the Care Home.
And finally… there is always something for everyone if you did not fancy going out to pick litter, Getting Creative, or Visiting the Local Care Home, we had coffee, tea and pastries as always on our Go4th Sundays.
We had a great coffee morning, whilst some preferred to stay in church out of the extremely hot weather, others went out litter picking in our local community. Thank you to all who participated. We look forward o seeing you all next month.
Go4th was 2 years old in June 2019!!!! and we have so many things to celebrate with the Diocese of Oxford coming to visit us in May 2019 to get the whole story of how Go4th started…it was God inspired we say.
The Board Room – this month our regular Coffee Morning saw a new venture – board games for all comers. We plan to make this a part of each Go4th from now on – so if Board Games are your thing come and join us for Filter Coffee and Homemade Cake at our monthly Board Room, 11am-12.15pm 4th Sunday of every month.
Litter-picking – Our intrepid team of volunteers went out and served our community by collecting bags of litter. It’s a great way to love our local area, and surprisingly enjoyable!
We welcome anyone who’d like to join us on the 4th Sunday of every month starting 11am from All Saints.
Our local Middleton Beavers, Cubs and Scouts came out in the lovely sunshine on Sunday to help clear our local community of litter. With their strong work ethics their efforts paid off. The two teams collected a great deal of rubbish as you can see from the number of bags below.
Thank You 1st Middleton Scout Group we appreciate you all and look forward to you joining us again in the not too distant future.
Proud Mum Emily sent in pictures of her two children Hannah and Joshua enjoying cake and croissants in All Saints Church before our Go 4th litter picking event started on Sunday 24th February.
In our next picture Joshua was determined to pick up a cigarette end – his determination paid off. Whilst Hannah did litter picking in her Rollerboots!
Teamwork! makes the dream work – Hannah and Joshua working together to get a crisp packet out of the brambles. They achieved their goal. Well done team!

The October sun shone and our Litter picking teams of all ages were out working this great community activity with great enthusiasm.
This was the 2nd Go4th Sunday where it rained in the morning. However, a few people still persisted and went out litter picking in their rain mac and wellies.
